| Suggested Use:
Reishi Supreme™ should be consumed on an empty stomach, no less than 1 hour prior to a meal or 2 hours after a meal. Mix the contents of one 2-gram packet with 2 ounces (1/4 cup) of hot water. Hot water activates the triterpenoid powder contained in the mixture. Even though Reishi Supreme™ has a bitter taste to some, do not add sugar, honey, or any other ingredient to the powder, as this will significantly affect absorption. Stir the mixture and drink it when it has cooled. Add an additional ounce (2 tablespoons) of hot water if you are taking the MAXIMUM of 2 packets simultaneously.
Each box of Reishi Supreme™ contains 20 packets.
