| Can I pay by personal check or money order? |

If you would like to place an order by mail, we will accept payment by MONEY ORDER ONLY. Personal checks will not be accepted. The following is a list of the information to include in a note with your order:
1. Name of the product you are purchasing
2. Quantity
3. Your e-mail address in the event that you would like us to send you a confirmation of your order
4. Your full name
5. Your address
6. Your daytime telephone number
Please include the cost of shipping along with the cost of the product. Make a money order payable in U.S. Funds to NUTRAWEB. Shipping costs are as follows:
Most Efficient/Standard Delivery: $7.95 (free for orders over $100, shipping within the 48 contiguous United States ONLY)
USPS Priority Mail (MUST be used for PO Boxes and APO/Military addresses): $9.95
3 Day Express: $12.95
2nd Day delivery: $17.95
Next Day delivery: $29.99
International delivery: $24.99
*In reference to all international shipments, please remember that both shipping and product cost is in United States funds.

| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. |

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product.
