Do you collect samples at home?

Yes. A phlebotomist comes to your door in the areas listed on this site. Tell us your area and a time on WhatsApp, and we confirm your slot.

Which areas do you cover?

Jogeshwari West and East, Oshiwara, Andheri West and East, Goregaon West, Lokhandwala, SV Road, DN Nagar and Behram Baug. If your area is not on the list, message us and we will tell you.

Do I need to fast?

The Full Body, Mini Body and Lipid profiles need fasting. For any other test, tell us what you are booking and we tell you how to prepare. If your doctor gave you instructions, follow those.

How do I get my report?

Your report arrives on WhatsApp. Discuss your report with your doctor.

How do I pay?

Pay at collection, by cash or UPI.

What does home collection cost?

Home collection is included on orders of ₹2,000 and above. For smaller orders we confirm any visit charge on WhatsApp before we come.

My doctor wrote the tests. What do I send?

Send a photo of the prescription on WhatsApp. We book exactly the tests it lists.

Can I change my slot?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to reschedule.

Can I visit the lab?

Yes. We are at 102, Range Heights, Behram Baug, Jogeshwari West. Open Mon–Sat 8 AM – 10 PM and Sunday 8 AM – 2 PM.
