Fasting, where required

The Full Body, Mini Body and Lipid profiles require fasting. We confirm the duration when you book.

Water is allowed

Unless your doctor advises otherwise. Avoid tea, coffee and food until the sample is collected.

Comfortable clothing

A sleeve that rolls up easily above the elbow.

Your prescription

If your doctor has prescribed tests, share a photo when you book.

Do you collect samples at home?
Yes. A phlebotomist comes to your door in the areas listed on this site. Tell us your area and a time on WhatsApp, and we confirm your slot.
Which areas do you cover?
Same-day home collection in Jogeshwari West and East, Oshiwara, Behram Baug, part of Lokhandwala and the SV Road belt up to Andheri. For Andheri East, Goregaon West and DN Nagar, message us and we offer a slot.
Do I need to fast?
The Full Body, Mini Body and Lipid profiles need fasting. For any other test, tell us what you are booking and we tell you how to prepare. If your doctor gave you instructions, follow those.
How do I get my report?
Your report arrives on WhatsApp, on the number you booked from. Discuss your report with your doctor.
My doctor wrote the tests. What do I send?
Send a photo of the prescription on WhatsApp. We book exactly the tests it lists.
How do I pay?
Pay at collection, by cash or UPI.
What does home collection cost?
Home collection is included on orders of ₹2,000 and above. For smaller orders we confirm any visit charge on WhatsApp before we come.
Can I change my slot?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to reschedule.
Can I visit the lab?
Yes. We are at 102, Range Heights, Behram Baug, Jogeshwari West. Open Mon–Sat 8 AM – 10 PM and Sunday 8 AM – 2 PM.
